According to the police report, this indecent exposure incident took place “at the address of Atlantic Avenue and Century Circle…” and happened “between the dates of December 17th and 18th.”
Below is a map showing where this incident allegedly took place. I am not familiar with the area but it appears to be a commercial area in Conway. There are a number of businesses close by – including Southeastern Paper Group, Gale Contractor Services, Dillon Supply Company, and more.
The South Carolina Code mentioned in this warrant, Section 16-15-130 states that it is unlawful for a person to willfully, maliciously, and indecently expose his person in a public place, on property of others, or to the view of any person on a street or highway.
Indecent Exposure is a misdemeanor in South Carolina and carries a maximum sentence of three years in jail, a fined imposed by the court or both.
